A patrol early Monday morning at Carson Park in Paducah led to several charges against a Paducah man.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department says deputies were patrolling the barns at Carson Park at around 1 a.m. after getting a tip about people trespassing and causing damage. They found 34-year-old Jeremy A. Wilson of Paducah in a loft in one of the barns. Wilson had an active warrant for his arrest. Deputies said they found meth and drug paraphernalia on Wilson during a search.

Wilson was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, and the McCracken County bench warrant for failure to appear on prior drug offenses.
