Each year local staff and volunteers of the American Cancer Society work with area businesses to honor those who are fighting and have fought and won the battle against cancer by hosting a ‘Survivor’s Dinner. This years’ dinner is set for April 28th at 3:30 pm at the Mt. Moriah Church located at 1201 South 8th St. in Paducah.

The meal will be provided by the ladies group at Mt. Moriah and Macedonia Churches. There will also be door prizes and guest speakers. In addition to the meal, survivors can register to attend the 2018 Relay For Life of McCracken County set for Friday, May 4th from 6 - 9 pm at McCracken County High School. Survivors who register at the dinner will be recognized during the opening ceremonies with a special medal presentation.

Survivors are encouraged to pre-register to attend to ensure delivery of each participant’s Survivor T-shirt to be worn at Relay. The dinner is free for survivors with guests being $5 each.

This event is open to all cancer patients and survivors. If you would like to attend, please call the American Cancer Society in Paducah at 270-444-0375.
