According to a press release, Rowton has 28 years of business practice, including 14 years of financial experience at General Motors Acceptance Corporation and 14 years of owning and running the daily operations of Paducah's Rowton Indoor Tennis Center.
Rowton began his financial career in 1989 and has held multiple positions in management. His education includes a Bachelor of Business in 1988 from Murray State University and a Masters of Business in 1998 from The University
of Toledo.
