A case involving an alleged burglary and lewd act with a toothbrush will be heard by a grand jury.

Thirty-six-year-old Justin Stamper of Paducah was arrested on a warrant April 5 by the McCracken County Sheriff's Department after the victim showed them a video he said he received in a text message. It reportedly showed Stamper in the victim 's bathroom, taunting him and performing a distasteful act with the man's toothbrush. Stamper allegedly put the toothbrush back in its place, and sent the video to the victim several days later.

Stamper is facing charges of burglary 2nd degree and wanton endangerment 1st degree.

A court clerk says Stamper was in McCracken District Court Thursday, where his case was bound over to a McCracken County Grand Jury by District Judge Todd Jones. The Grand Jury will hear the case at 8:30 am on May 31.

A court clerk says Jones denied a request to lower Stamper's cash bond, it remains at $5,000.
