According to the Kentucky Online Offender Lookup website, a parole board made the recommendation at a January 15 hearing, with a proposed release date of March 1.
If she is not paroled, the website indicates Bock would be expected to serve time until at least June 19, 2022, but could serve her sentence until July 31, 2023.
Bock was sentenced to four years in prison on July 29, 2019, after pleading guilty to forgery and theft charges in April. She resigned her office in September 2018, just before she was indicted. The charges stemmed from forged travel vouchers and use of a state credit card for personal purchases. Bock was PVA for 25 years.
A request by Bock's attorney for shock probation instead of jail time was denied last September by Judge Tim Stark.
