Croley began her career at Baptist Health Paducah in 2003 in the marketing department managing the 55Plus program, and later as the Marketing Manager. In 2014, she joined the Foundation as a Development Manager.
Croley has a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Murray State University. As the Director of Philanthropy, she is responsible for the organization and administration of Foundation activities consistent with the direction from Administration and the Foundation Board of Directors and for the fundraising effectiveness and revenue objectives of Baptist Health.
