Seven area youths have been chosen to be the Paducah delegation to the Global Youth Orchestra, meeting in Icheon, South Korea. The event brings together children from each of the UNESCO Creative Cities around the world to perform in a Global Youth Concert.
The orchestra and concert event is from July 29 to August 4, and while some of the expenses for the group are being handled by the host city, the group could use some help with the rest of the expenses. If you'd like to donate or become a sponsor, contact Steven Page at steven@paducahsymphony.org.
