According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Office, around 8:30 Sunday morning, 31-year-old Lindsey D. Holloway of Paducah was driving south on Old Mayfield Road when she lost control of her vehicle rounding a curve, exiting the roadway and turning the vehicle on its passenger side.
Holloway and her passenger, 35-year-old April D. Ward of Arlington, were trapped in the vehicle for a short time until extricated by the Hendron Fire Department.
Holloway and Ward were transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Deputies said wet pavement contributed to the crash.
