48 Hour Film Festival in 7th Year at Maiden Alley

Filmmakers from all over the Paducah area will compete to see who can make the best short film in only 48 hours August 14-16, hosted by Maiden Alley Cinema.

The winning film will go up against films from around the world at Filmapalooza 2016 for a chance at the grand prize and an opportunity to screen at the Cannes Film Festival 2016, Court Métrage.

If you're looking to join a team, there's a Kick-off Event on Friday, August 14th from 6-7 pm at Maiden Alley Cinema, 112 Maiden Alley in downtown Paducah. Arrive by 6:15 pm at the latest to check in with all the required documents. Genre drawing will begin at 6:30 pm. Get all the details online at link below.

Tickets will be sold on-line prior to the event, however a few will be kept aside for walk-ins and will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
