McCracken County men jailed on drug charges

Two McCracken County men were arrested on drug related charges Friday afternoon in the Farley area.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office conducted an investigation at a Yarbro Lane residence and found 17 grams of crystal methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphaneila.

Fifty-eight-year-old Calvin Thompson was arrested at that location.  While the investigation was ongoing, 38-year-old Angel Medina and his child arrived at the residence.

A search of the Medina vehicle netted 140 grams of crystal meth located in a door panel.  
Medina was arrested and both he and Thompson were on felony parole for unrelated felony convictions.

Both were lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
