Marion man jailed following Caldwell County traffic stop

A Marion man was arrested Monday following a traffic stop in Caldwell County.

The Caldwell County Sheriff's Office said a deputy observed a vehicle traveling on 91 N towards Fredonia cross the double yellow center line multiple times.  

The vehicle was pulled over and the driver was identified as 64-year-old Donald Wayne Deboe of Marion. 

Further investigatoin led Deboe to be charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of marijuana and illegal possession of legend drug.

Deboe was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
