WKDZ reported the Christian County Sheriff's Office said a truck collided with a car near the 75-mile marker.
According to a Hopkinsville Fire Department spokesman, the driver of the car was airlifted to TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for treatment of injuries, while the driver of the truck was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The road was closed temporarily while the accident was cleared.
