Man arrested on warrant in Carlisle County after being found in a home

A Carlisle County man was arrested Saturday night in the 700 block of Ky 1371 in the Milburn community.

The Carlisle County Sheriff's Office received a call that David Reeves and his wife April had entered a rental house without permission that was owned by the caller.

The Reeves' has been prior tenants at the residence.

Investigators said David Reeves had an active warrant for his arrest.  He was sportted trying to leave the residence but fled back inside when he saw law enforcement.

He was placed under arrest and April Reeves was found sleeping inside the residence.

Both wre issused tresspass warnings and were told if they returned to the property, they would be arrested.  

The property owner did not want to press charges and April Reeves was not charged.
