A Wednesday shooting in Mayfield leads to the arrest of a juvenile with another suspect still at large.
Mayfield Police were called to West Fuller Street around noon about an incident that occured at the intersection of South 12th Street and Highway 45.
It was reported that someone in a black SUV was following the victim's vehicle, and fired shots, striking the vehicle at least four times and narrowly missing the three occupants. At least eight shots were fired at the vehicle based on shell casings located at the scene.
Two of the occupants were unharmed, but one female received lacerations to her face from flying glass.
Police identified the suspects as a 19-year-old Mayfield man who is being sought for questioning, and a fifteen-year-old Mayfield juvenile.
The juvenile was charged with 24 accounts of assault, possession of a handgun by a minor, discharging a firearm across a public road and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Mayfield Police were assisted by the Graves County Sheriff's Office.
