A Tennessee man was arrested Thursday night after hitting a house during a pursuit in Murray.
Murray Police said they stopped a vehicle at around 10 p.m. that had reportedly been driving recklessly. The driver, 26-year-old Brandon Partee of Humboldt, allegedly reversed his vehicle in the direction of officers during the stop, then fled the scene.
Officers located Partee and his vehicle after he had collided with a house. Partee tried to flee on foot. He resisted as officers arrested him, even knocking a weapon from one officer's hand.
Partee was charged with fleeing or evading police, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, wanton endangerment, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, and disarming a peace officer, among other charges.
