Marshall County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Hardin man when a traffic stop reportedly turned up drugs and a handgun.
Deputies said they pulled over a car driven by 13-year-old Robert K. Clements at about 2 a.m. on Sunday after watching Clements commit several traffic violations.
Deputies said they found methamphetamine, suspected THC marijuana wax, and a handgun during the investigation. They also found out that Clements was a convicted felon.
Clements is in custody at the Marshall County Detention Center facing charges including possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
