CN Railway crossing repairs continue in Paducah

Canadian National Railway will conduct two repair projects in Paducah this week.

On Monday, Canadian National closed the railway crossing at Central Avenue. 

The closure is to rebuild the crossing track panels and replace crossing timbers. The closure will last until Tuesday morning, then crews will move to the crossing at Pines Road. 

Work at the Pines Road crossing includes rebuilding the main and siding track panels, replacing crossing timbers, and completing the asphalt surface. 

The crossing at Pines Road is expected to be closed from Tuesday through Thursday.
