In a food processor, finely chop garlic cloves. Add other ingredients (except broth, paprika and parsley). When all are well blended and smooth, taste. This is the time when you can add more spices if you like. Then start adding the broth until it's the consistency of a paste. Spread on a plate or in a small bowl. sprinkle with paprika and top with a sprig of parsley. Serve with fresh veggies, toasted pita chips, toast points or most any chip.
