Pet of the Week: Skippy

Hi. My name is Skippy and I’m a 6 year old neutered male Shih Tzu. I came to Project Hope in the winter after my owner could no longer care for me. Unfortunately, I was heartworm positive, but I have recently had my treatment, and I'm in my 30 day recovery period.

I can be a little bit grouchy at times so I need a patient and understanding home. I'd love to have a foster home to spend this time until I'm adopted. I am best suited in a home without children.
