Pet of the Week: Montana
By West Kentucky Star Staff
METROPOLIS, IL - Hi, My name is Montana and I’m a beautiful tortoiseshell kitty, 3 years old. I am available for adoption at Project Hope Humane Society.

I came to Project Hope back in 2016 after being found with severe injuries to my body. We’re not sure whether it was burns on my sides or not, but it was bad. I was so lucky to be found and brought to Project Hope, where I got the medical care I needed and have fully recovered. If you visit me and see photos of what I looked like when I was found, it’s hard to believe I’m the same kitty.

I’m a spayed female, very sweet, and I get along well with other kitties. I'd love to come live at your home.

For more info on me or on completing an adoption form, please call Project Hope at 618-524-8939, Tuesday-Saturday, 1-5 pm, or visit in person at 1698 W. 10th St. in Metropolis, Illinois, during the same business hours. You may also request an adoption form by emailing .
