The Paducah Convention & Visitors Bureau will supply
visitors with eclipse glasses during the April 8th total solar eclipse.

The eclipse glasses are certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for safe eclipse viewing and carry the label confirming the ISO 12312-2 standard has been met.

Earlier this month, the CVB recalled eclipse glasses that did not bear the appropriate ISO marking.

Free, ISO-certified eclipse glasses may be picked up at the “X Marks the Spot” downtown festival and other local viewing locations.

The CVB will deliver glasses to local hotels and partners in the coming days.
