Mercy’s program was recognized as a “Superior Performer” by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP). Recognition is based on the national Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Home Health Care Survey, which is designed to measure the experiences of those receiving home health care from Medicare-certified home health agencies.

Our team members travel many miles in all kinds of weather to ensure patients receive the care that allows them to remain in their homes.”
Mercy Health Lourdes Home Care Agency provides services in both Kentucky and Illinois, serving a total of eight counties. The agency offers specially-trained professionals to manage nursing care, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, medical social work assistance, fall prevention, personal care assistance, and pediatric services.
