February Events at Murray-Calloway Hospital

Staff at Murray-Calloway County Hospital and the Center for Health & Wellness will be offering educational health promotion events during the month of February to community members, Wellness Center members and MCCH employees.

• Center for Health & Wellness Holiday Special 
From now until February 28, 2019, join the Center for Health & Wellness with only a $10.00 joining fee and no contract. 
Membership includes: Group Fitness Classes, Aquafit Classes, Equipment for Cardio and Strength Training, Half Court Gymnasium, Exercise/Lap Pool, Health Assessment, Exercise Prescription, and access to health promotion programs and classes.

• AARP Safe Driving Class
Kentucky insurances must offer a discount to those who complete this class.
