Three members of the Class of 2019 have earned one of the City of Paducah's highest honors. Mayor Brandi Harless named David Hoy and Joseph Price Dukes of Paducah, and Addie Rogers has been named a Duchess of Paducah.

Duke and Duchess awards are presented by the Mayor to citizens who have contributed to the well being of the community.

Hoy and Price recently earned their Eagle Scout ranks, the highest achievement and rank attainable in Boy Scouts of America. Only 4 percent of Boy Scouts achieve the designation. Both are members of Troop 1.

Rogers, a two-year mayoral intern and a two-year member of the Paducah Human Rights Commission, has been a driving force in initiating programs to engage Paducah's youth.
