Corona II: Solar Eclipse Quilt by Caryl Bryer Fallert-Gentry takes center stage as western Kentucky experiences the longest duration in the path of totality for the national solar eclipse. Fallert-Gentry's magnificent quilt has been named one of the 100 Best American Quilts of the 20th Century and is on exhibit at the National Quilt Museum. View this iconic quilt from the Museum's collection during extended eclipse weekend hours including Sunday, August 20, 10 am-5 pm. The museum will be open regular hours on Monday, August 21 from 10 am-5 pm.

At approximately 1:22 pm on Monday, August 21st, Paducah will experience over two minutes of darkness in the middle of the day as the moon completely blocks out the sun. Eclipse viewing glasses are available for free at the museum during the month of August. The lawn in front of the museum is sure to be a great area to watch in Downtown Paducah.
