The Lower Town Arts & Music Festival is a two-day celebration of the art, music, food, beer and wine from the region surrounding Paducah. It takes place in the Lower Town Historic Arts District close to downtown Paducah. Sculptors, painters, craftsmen and photographers set up covered booths along the Arts District’s streets for review and purchase.
The Yeiser Center produces the festival as part of its mission to further the appreciation of the arts in the local community.
