The largest Arts & Crafts Festival in western Kentucky is in need of even more artists to sign up and set up booths at the Grand Rivers Labor Day Weekend Arts & Crafts Festival.

Organizers say they have more than 80 art vendors already signed up, but they are looking for even more. Kim Kraemer is with the Grand Rivers Chamber of Commerce, and says they need artists of all varieties to set up a booth.

"Everything has to be hand crafted. so we're looking for crafters, artisans...We will take people doing metal work, pottery, wood work, quilts, jewelry.  We've got people that make soaps, that have honey, bird houses, rocking horses, weather vanes. So we've got a large variety, but anything that's hand crafted...you're welcome to join us," says Kraemer.

The festival is at Little Lake Park, and runs from Saturday, September 3rd, through Labor Day Monday, September 5th, starting at 9 am each day.

For those planning to enjoy the festival, the cost is $1 per individual at the walk-in gate or $3 per vehicle parking inside the park at Grand Rivers.

Booth spaces are 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Vendors are responsible for tents, tables, displays, power cords, etc. For more information, contact Kraemer at kim@grandrivers.org, or click on the link below.
