Nashville Telethon to Feature Murray Girl

NASHVILLE, TN - A telethon in Nashville this month will include a featured story about a young girl from Murray.
The 27th annual Calls for Kids Telecast on April 22nd benefits the Ronald McDonald House. This year's broadcast will feature Lilly Krauss, who was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor when she was 12 months old.
While receiving treatments at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, Krauss' family stayed at the Ronald McDonald House in Nashville.
The telecast will be from 6 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, on WZTV, which is available on some cable systems in western Kentucky. This year's fundraising goal is $125,000.
